Congratulations to Danielle Rebbechi for receiving an Austraffic Worldwide Learning Opportunities grant to attend the Annual ITE Meeting in Austin Texas in July.
A very successful Careers Seminar was held at the University of Sydney on 19 March attended by 70 students.
The Mentoring Program 2019 April Edition is about to be launched and we need your participation.
This is an opportunity for you to give something back to the profession by helping someone who is just starting out on a new career. You will be able to share the lessons you have learnt and experience you have gained with someone who is about to start out on a new journey.
Please give a few hours of your time to the Transport Engineers at Monash Mentoring Program.
Register your interest by filling the form. See the attached file below.

My name is Tyler O’Hare and I was recently awarded the opportunity, through the generous support of Austraffic and ITE, to attend the TRB annual meeting in Washington D.C in early January.
I was overwhelmed and nervous with the thought of attending a conference with 10,000 other professionals, however, in the space of 6 days, I had presented to a room of engineers, spoken with countless international experts, rode a fully autonomous bus, met the ITE board and even snuck a photo with the prestigious Traffic Bowl trophy!
Although the trip was brief, it contributed significantly to my personal and professional growth. The countless learnings I take from attending the TRB annual meeting will assist me greatly in my future development.
