New York City seems to be sick of e-bikes and the Police are chasing them.

The City of New York has finally introduced congestion pricing and Manhattans love it.

My main method of travel around Melbourne has been by bicycle for nearly 40 years. It still is. My main beef about that has always been that whenever I drive my car around Melbourne, I have a safe first-class trip on some wonderful roads, except for congestion & delays at certain times. Whenever I ride my bike on off-road paths I always enjoy a congestion and delay free trip, but it is often circuitous, has rough surfaces and is quite dangerous in places. Obstacles are carelessly placed in our way. I can only describe the state of the bike paths (shared paths) around Melbourne as third-class at best.
