Have you thought about hiring civil engineering students?
For over 50 years, Swinburne University of Technology has been partnering with leading Australian and global organisations to offer our students authentic workplace experiences. At Swinburne we believe an undergraduate education must be about more than knowledge, it must be about true job readiness!
From 2016, Swinburne will be turning knowing into know-how through the Swinburne Advantage by providing more opportunities for undergraduate students to engage with industry throughout their degree. Part of the Swinburne Advantage is our Professional Placements, previously known as the Industry-Based Learning (IBL) program, whereby students apply their knowledge into a real workplace.
If you have an opportunity or skills gap in your business where a student could gain experience relevant to their studies, please consider joining us. Your organisation will benefit from an undergraduate student’s fresh perspective, innovative approach and infectious enthusiasm as part of a 6 or 12 month full-time, paid placement.
