In this lunch and learn on 19 March 2026, presenters Andrew Kendall and Janine Pawson shared their experiences of developing urban spaces designed around the needs of people. They shared examples from major transport projects through to everyday applications. They emphasised the need to understand people needs beyond the functional, and what to look out for to avoid re-work within the local urban realm.
