In this lunch and learn, presenters Andrew Kendall and Janine Pawson will share their experiences of developing urban spaces designed around the needs of people. They will share examples from major transport projects through to everyday applications.  They will also consider understanding people needs beyond the functional, and what to look out for to avoid re-work within the local urban realm.

Andrew Kendall has a background in Human Centred Design with experience in major infrastructure, information technology, customer and accessibility programs.

Janine Pawson is a passionate, human-centered design lead with a playful, energetic approach. For over 17 years, she has created meaningful experiences that deliver exceptional value to both business and customers across diverse industries.
