The special guest speaker will be The Hon. Gabrielle Williams, Victorian Minister for Transport Infrastructure, Minister for Public and Active Transport.  Ms Williams was appointed Minister for Transport Infrastructure in December 2024.  Ms Williams is a member of the Legislative Assembly in the Victorian State Parliament, having been elected in the electorate of Dandenong in 2014.
